In an independent medical study of the Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet® the 35 participants lost between 2 and 9 pounds, and the average weight loss was 4.5 pounds. Of course every individual is unique and results will vary based on many factors. An increase in exercise will usually help increase weight loss.
